The Platform may act as a ticketing and technology service provider for events organised by The Shows By Wildeye or by independent event organisers ("Event Organiser"). By purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to this Policy and the applicable Event Terms & Conditions displayed at the time of booking.

1. Tickets Are Generally Non-Refundable

Unless otherwise specifically stated on the relevant event booking page, tickets once purchased are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged or refunded at the customer's request. This may include tickets purchased for:

Exhibitions Shopping festivals Conferences Trade shows Concerts Workshops & Seminars Entry passes VIP/VVIP passes Season passes Early-bird & Promotional tickets

The specific event page will prevail where an event has a different cancellation or refund policy.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Consumer Protection Notice

Customer Cancellation: Refund will be calculated according to the event's applicable cancellation policy. Convenience/platform/payment-processing charges may be non-refundable where legally permissible and clearly disclosed before purchase.

Event Cancelled by Organiser: Refunding the complete amount actually paid by the customer, including disclosed ticketing/convenience charges, subject to applicable payment/tax processing requirements.

4. Event Cancellation by The Shows / Event Organiser

If an event is cancelled permanently by The Shows or the Event Organiser: Eligible customers will receive a refund in accordance with the announced refund procedure.

Where the event is cancelled and no alternative date or replacement event is accepted by the customer, the platform provides a 100% refund of the amount paid, including applicable ticketing/platform charges, subject to payment/tax settlement requirements. The customer will not be required to pay any cancellation penalty.

5. Event Postponement / Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, customers will be offered two primary options:

Option A: Ticket remains valid

The existing ticket may automatically remain valid for the new date. The customer will receive notification detailing the new event date, timing, venue (if changed), ticket validity, and refund deadlines where applicable.

Option B: Customer requests refund

Where the organiser provides a refund option, customers may request a refund within the specified window communicated by The Shows. After the stated deadline, the ticket is treated as confirmed for the rescheduled event.

6. Change of Venue

If the event venue is changed but the event continues: The Shows/Event Organiser will notify customers through available communication channels.

Depending on the materiality of the venue change, the organiser may offer:

Continued ticket validity Transfer to another session Refund option Other reasonable remedies

7. Event Date/Time Change

If there is a significant change to the date or time of the event, The Shows will notify customers through:

SMS Notifications
Email Updates
WhatsApp Broadcasts
App & Web Alerts

Where a refund option is offered, customers must submit the request within the announced refund window.

8. Event Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

Events may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Platform or Event Organiser. These include:

Government orders
Natural disasters/Floods
Severe weather/Fire
Epidemics or pandemics
Public safety restrictions
Civil disturbance or War
Strike or labor disputes
Venue/Regulatory blocks
Remedy Notice: In such circumstances, the organiser may reschedule the event, transfer tickets to a new date, provide a credit voucher, or offer refunds where applicable. The specific remedy will be communicated based on the circumstances and applicable law.

9. No-Show Policy

If a customer does not attend the event: The ticket will be treated as utilised/expired and no refund will normally be provided.

This includes failure to attend because of: personal reasons, travel issues, traffic, weather affecting personal travel, change of plans, late arrival, or forgetting the event, unless the Event Organiser specifically provides otherwise.

10. Late Arrival

Entry may be subject to the event's operational and security requirements.

A customer arriving late may be allowed entry, asked to wait until an appropriate time, or denied entry where safety, security, or event rules require it. Late arrival does not automatically create a right to a refund.

11. Duplicate / Accidental Booking

Customers are responsible for checking details before completing payment:

Event Name & Date
Venue & Session
Ticket Quantity & Category
Total Amount

Duplicate or accidental bookings will generally be treated as confirmed bookings and will not be refundable unless the relevant event policy permits cancellation.

12. Failed Payment / Payment Deducted but Ticket Not Generated

If money has been debited from the customer's bank account, card, or UPI but the ticket is not successfully generated: The Shows will verify the transaction.

Where the transaction is confirmed as unsuccessful and funds have been received/settled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method or handled according to the banking process.

The customer should not make multiple bookings immediately if a previous payment is showing as pending.

13. Refund Method

Refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. For example:

UPI → Original UPI Route
Credit Card → Original Card
Debit Card → Original Card
Net Banking → Original Account

The Shows does not ordinarily process refunds to different bank accounts or third-party payment instruments for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

14. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved: The Shows will initiate the refund within the applicable processing period. The actual time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI network, and public holidays.

Recommended Internal SLA

Refund Initiation: Within 7 working days of approval.

The actual credit is subject to the payment gateway or bank's processing cycles. E-Commerce Rules require accepted refunds to be effected within a reasonable period.

15. GST and Tax Component

Where GST has been charged on the transaction, any refund or reversal of the tax component will be handled in accordance with applicable GST law, invoicing requirements, and the relevant tax treatment.

Customers should not assume that a GST amount can automatically be refunded separately from the underlying transaction.

For cancelled transactions, The Shows may issue appropriate credit notes, revised invoices, or refund tax documentation.

16. Ticket Transfer

Tickets are normally issued to the customer for personal or event-entry purposes.

Unless the event specifically allows transfer: Tickets may not be resold, commercially transferred, or duplicated. The Shows may cancel or invalidate tickets that appear to have been resold, counterfeited, or obtained in violation of terms.

17. Fraudulent / Duplicate Tickets

Only tickets generated through The Shows' authorised ticketing system or sales channels will be recognised. The Shows reserves the right to deny entry where:

  • The QR code has already been scanned.
  • The ticket is duplicate or has been tampered with.
  • Payment is reversed or charged back.
  • The ticket was obtained through fraudulent activity.

No refund will ordinarily be provided for tickets invalidated because of customer fraud or misuse.

18. Chargebacks

Customers should first contact The Shows regarding any transaction dispute.

Where a customer initiates a chargeback with a bank or payment provider after successfully receiving a ticket, The Shows may provide transaction records, ticket records, QR scan logs, and other relevant verification details to the bank. This does not restrict any statutory consumer rights available to the customer.
